Main Platform: Surface sheet 6mm-8mm thick steel plate. Whole-piece steel sheet for much higher strength and longer work life. Underneath supported by high-density steel tube or C-channel.
Top Lip: 12-16mm thick steel sheet with special embossed treatment to make it anti-skidding and improve forklift safety.
Hydraulic Motor: 3-phase 380V/50Hz power supply with 0.75KW-1.5KW output. Includes overheating self-protection function.
Control Panel: Features multi-function controller with operation button, power-switch, and emergency stop button for worker protection.
Dock Bumper: One pair per unit, made of wear-proof high-strength rubber material.
Welding robots ensure all welding work is more accurate and durable.

Standard size: L2000*W2000*H600 mm. A 40ft HQ container can load up to 20 sets, while a 20ft container can load 8 sets.
