A mobile loading ramp is a portable device specifically designed to bridge the height difference between the rear of a truck bed and a loading platform (dock). Essentially a movable ramp, it addresses the issue of mismatched heights between the truck bed floor and the fixed dock, enabling forklifts, hand trucks, or personnel to safely and efficiently access the truck for loading and unloading operations.
Mobile Loading Ramp Usage Steps:

Position the ramp: Tow the loading ramp to the rear of the truck, ensuring the ramp's centerline aligns with the truck bed's centerline. Engage all wheel brakes.

Adjust height: Adjust the lip plate height, raising it slightly below the truck bed's floor level (leaving a 3-5cm buffer distance).

Connect to the cargo compartment: Slowly push the ramp forward to fully cover the rear edge of the cargo compartment (overlap ≥ 10 cm). Flip the lip plate hook to secure it to the cargo compartment floor, and attach the safety chain.

Slope Transition: Extend the transition plate and pull out the extended ramp at the rear of the bridge body to form a gentle slope against the ground.

Load Testing: Have the forklift enter the bridge deck empty, pause for 3 seconds, observe stability, and gradually increase the load to 50% → 100% of the rated capacity.

Loading/unloading operations: Maintain a speed ≤5 km/h; sharp turns or sudden braking on the bridge deck are strictly prohibited.
