Design	Hydraulic driving system will lead to the operation of the main deck and lip. Hydraulic Pump, Pipe, and Tank are collected in one part under the deck. Hydraulic Velocity fuse (≤75 mm) makes the leveler and heavy loading stop automatically.
Safety	Full range foot guard to ensure safety. Penetrating safety support bar for maintenance support. Front tubular hinge (25mm diameter), rear U-shaped tail plate, and galvanized shaft for long-term rust protection.
Structure	• Main dock plate made of 8 mm high strength embossed non-slip steel. • Deck plate adopts 8 Channels Unique 14# I-beam steel reinforcement. • 15 mm thickness extension lip plate (L=500mm) ensures non-deformation. • Hydraulic Oil Tube adopts double wire mesh construction (max load 48MPA). • Sandblasting treatment for superior coating adhesion and roughness.
