Universal dust filters are divided into A, B, C, and D levels according to the filter material, providing different performance levels to meet specific powder recovery needs.

The cylindrical filter features an electrolytic plate or stainless steel plate stamping molding for upper and lower covers. It utilizes resin seals with excellent tensile strength and impact resistance to ensure no leakage and no cover detachment. PT dust filters are installed with three proprietary material ribs, offering excellent deformation capacity and rust resistance.

Technical Dimensions & Installation

The height of the dust filter ranges from 400mm to 1250mm, with special applications reaching up to 2500mm. Standard diameters include 150mm, 180mm, 230mm, 240mm, 280mm, 300mm, 325mm, 350mm, 400mm, and 500mm.
