Gravity Pallet Racking is ideal for situations where strict FIFO (First In First Out Solution) is required. It is popular when pallets need to be moved quickly from one area to another without the assistance of lift trucks.
Goods are stored from the high-end and slide to the low-end for pickup. This is suitable for goods with a shelf-life requirement, effectively ensuring the freshness and quality of the goods.
A damper is installed on the slideway to control the sliding speed within a safe range. A separator is installed at the shipping end to facilitate removal, and a buffer device prevents tipping from excessive impact.
The open-beam structure allows easy access to each pallet. Forklifts can reach pallets from either side of the rack, enabling quick loading and unloading operations and improving overall efficiency.
