Hydraulic Dock Leveler uses a hydraulic power unit to lift the upper main panel through the main oil cylinder, while a small auxiliary oil cylinder pushes out the lip plate. It is essential when dock and truck heights differ, utilizing gravity to settle the lip plate onto the rear of the truck.
